Surgeon simulator electrocuted
Electrocution happens on the normal hospital level when you hold a metal object to the port in the top left corner. On mobile (tablet) version you just tap on the outlet instead of poking it with a metal object. In space, you can electrocute yourself by holding a metal object to the broken keypad.
Effects of Electrocution[]
Electrocution fries your arm and inverts the controls, as well as having Nigel's arm move around in small amounts without input. The only way to revert this is by restarting. On mobile/tablet it makes the red targeting indicator spastically move around in a small area, reducing accuracy when cutting organs.

There are 3 achievements involving the player getting electrocuted.

Complete a procedure after being electrocuted and drugged. Note: To get this achievement you must be both drugged and electrocuted within the first 20 seconds.
Surgetricity[]
Complete a procedure after being electrocuted. Note: To get this achievement you must be electrocuted within the first 10 seconds.

Electrocute and drug yourself at the same time.
